RBA 4-Day Pitching Camp with Mike Kaska.

Across the 4 days we will cover and progress with:

• A detailed explanation of proper throwing mechanics (useful for all positions)

• Pitching "mindset" and mental side of the game

• A number of drills to work on:

  • Proper arm path

  • Strong glove side

  • Linear stride down the mound

• Arm strengthening/rehabilitation

The last 2 days will end with a throwing progression into long toss followed by pitching off of a mound to catchers - practicing everything previously worked on.
